Meet Eileen
Eileen is the President of Leslie Heating & Cooling. Her experience all began by starting the company with her husband, Clint. They have been together for over 20 years and have created a trustworthy family-owned and operated business to serve you! She is passionate about taking care of people, which stands behind the success of the company.

Meet Clint
Clint is not only Eileen’s husband, but he is also the Vice President of Leslie Heating & Cooling and has over 40 years of experience in the field. After returning from Vietnam as a U.S. Marine in 1971, Clint went on to attend Coyne Institute of Chicago to become an expert in the HVAC business. And soon after that, he began his career, serving multiple positions in the industry. After 20 years of prior experience, he started Leslie Heating & Cooling.

Meet Brendan
Brendan is a hard working businessman, who is dedicated to serving the heating and air conditioning business. He has a passion for helping people and making sure they have a pleasant experience with Leslie Heating & Cooling. His expertise started at Illinois State University, where he studied psychology and business. Later, he went to graduate school where he coupled a double master’s program in theology and leadership. Today, he uses his entrepreneurial experience to serve as general manager to the company.
