Your Membership, in Plain English
Welcome to the Leslie Family Plan! Here’s a friendly rundown of how your membership works. Together with your invoice, this is your agreement with Leslie Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electric — it’s a service membership, not a warranty.
As a member, we’ll take care of repairs on your home’s plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems (your “Covered Systems”) at the property on your plan. And by joining, you’re okay with us texting you about your membership and service — nothing spammy, promise.
Your membership starts on the date shown on your signed invoice, or the date you gave us verbal okay by phone. From there, it’s month-to-month — no long-term contract, and nothing auto-renews behind your back.
You’re free to cancel whenever you’d like — just give us a call or send an email.
If you cancel within your first 12 months, we’ll ask you to repay any savings and the value of any free services you received during that time. This keeps things fair so we can keep offering great pricing to members who stick around.
Once you’ve been with us 12 months or more, you can cancel anytime — nothing owed, no questions asked.
Your plan cost is listed on your invoice, and you can pay monthly or annually — whatever’s easiest for you.
We offer emergency service to members every day of the year, including holidays, whenever waiting could cause real damage to your home or put your health at risk.
We’ll do our best to remind you when it’s time for a maintenance visit, but scheduling it is on you. Timing can depend on our availability and the weather, so we appreciate your flexibility.
As a member, your repair calls get priority scheduling. Things like inspections, estimates, and tune-ups are scheduled as our calendar allows and don’t carry the same priority.
Need us on a Sunday or holiday? Members pay a reduced trip fee, though a separate trip charge may still apply.
Selling your home or moving? Just let us know — in writing or over the phone — within 30 days, and we’ll transfer your membership to your new address.
Every once in a while, we may need to adjust membership benefits, pricing, or terms. If we do, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice, written or verbal.
This guide, together with the details on your invoice, is the complete agreement between you and Leslie Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electric.
